When it was released, the Bicycle Karnival Dead Eyes deck became one of the most popular of all Karnival decks. The is the 10-year anniversary edition. This ice cold blue version features the stunning artwork of Sam Hayles and the intense, detailed imagery is accentuated by the new color. Inspired by gothic medical imagery and the world of serial killers, the deck features 56 beautiful pieces of artwork. Every single card has been painstakingly crafted — a beautiful yet macabre spectacle. The value of each card is printed down its left and right hand side (so it can be clearly read in a ribbon spread). Each deck also contains a card reveal on one of the jokers (a 10 of Spades appears inside the skull), and two gaff cards – a blank facer and a double backer. These decks are unused, in cellophane and sealed, in perfect condition. They were printed by U.S. Playing Card Co. in its former plant in Cincinnati, Ohio.
